Booking Process

• Fill out the form
• We confirm availability by email.
• You email us to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the booking.
• We send you an invoice and booking reference.
• You are then required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit within 14 days of the invoice date to secure your reservation.
• The balance is due 14 days before departure date.
• If departure is within 14 days of the invoice date the full amount is due immediately to secure your reservation.
• When making payment please ensure you include your name and booking reference.
• The next step will be to check in with us at the Tao office in El Nido or Coron the day prior to your trip.

We strongly recommend that you book in advance with Tao as we only work with a handful of travelers and spaces get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointment contact us as soon as possible to reserve your place.

We advise you make your travel arrangements to Palawan as soon as you have secured your reservation to ensure flight availability. Please refer to our Travel Tips section for all travel information.
